Savini Tartufi and the protection of personal data
Please be informed that, following the transfer of ownership, the personal data you provide for registration on the Site https://www.savinitartufi.it/ will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, by Savini Tartufi S.r.l. as Data Controller. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03, Savini Tartufi S.r.l. informs the user as follows.

The consultation of this site by the user entails providing information which qualifies as personal data. The user’s personal data is processed by persons in charge of processing pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/03, respectively appointed by the Data Controller and operating under the direct authority of the same on the basis of the instructions received The user’s personal data is likewise processed by persons designated as System Administrators pursuant to the Ruling by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
2. Nature of the data processed and purposes of processing
User data is collected and used solely for purposes directly connected and functional to the activation and performance of the services provided by Savini Tartufi S.r.l. through its website https://www.savinitartufi.it/ and for the fulfilment of the obligations provided for by national and European law.
By creating an Account the user agrees to receive from Savini Tartufi S.r.l., at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration, communications and commercial proposals relative and/or connected to the products and services offered by Savini Tartufi S.r.l. The user may object to the aforesaid processing both initially -by ticking the box provided during registration – and afterwards by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
3. Compulsory provision of data
The provision of the data requested at the moment of activating the services, for the purposes mentioned in the above paragraph, is mandatory inasmuch as strictly necessary for performing the same. Any refusal to provide data will make it impossible for Savini Tartufi to complete the user registration process and therefore to provide the services.

The user’s personal data may be disclosed to certain persons appointed by the Data Controller to provide services functional or necessary to performing the obligations related to registration on the site https://www.savinitartufi.it/ and for online purchases, within the limits and in accordance with the instructions given.

5. Method of processing
Data is collected via electronic means and processed through operations of registration, consultation, communication, storage, deletion, mostly performed with the aid of electronic instruments, ensuring the use of appropriate measures to guarantee the security of the processed data and guarantee that it remains confidential.
User data stored on electronic media is kept and filed on a server owned by Savini Tartufi. Specifically, the Data Controller declares that the data recorded on the servers is protected against the risk of intrusion and unauthorized access and that it has also taken security measures to ensure the integrity and availability of the data as well as the protection of the sites and premises where it is stored and accessed.
Personal data will be processed by employees of the Data Controller insofar as persons in charge of the processing, within the sphere of their respective functions and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.
6. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code, the user has the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation of the existence of data concerning him/her and to be informed of the purposes for which it is used. The data subject also has the right to request the updating or correction, deletion or blocking of data and to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of the same.

Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and supplements establishes:

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction, or, where so desired, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data the retention of which is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed have been notified of the operations referred to in points (a) and (b), including their content, unless the fulfilment thereof proves impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly disproportionate in relation to the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data even if pertinent to the purposes of collection;
