How to cook it
Add the “Truffle-fl. Rice” in a large saucepan with a pre-heated trickle of olive oil and let
it brown for about 1 minute over moderate heat. While stirring, pour half glass of water
(or white wine) and let it evaporate. Then pour gradually 700ml of warm water and let it
evaporate completely (about 15 minutes). Add salt to taste. Add a knob of butter and
then mix in the butter for a minute.
