Truffle-flavoured tiramisù

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 eggs
- Little almond biscuits (4)
- Mascarpone cheese (4 spoons)
- Icing sugar (4 spoons)
- Honey and dried figs with truffle
- Fresh truffle or Truffle chocolates
What's needed
- 2 bowls
- Whisk or mixer
- Little bowls/cups/wide glasses
Method:
- Beat yolks with icing sugar
- Add mascarpone cheese and whip with whisks
- In the other bowl, beat egg whites and incorporate little by little to the first mixture
- Crumble almond biscuits into the small containers
- Place the cream on top of the crumble
- Garnish with Italian honey with truffle
- Grate fresh truffles of the season or add chips of truffle chocolate on top for enhancing the taste
